Mark has been prompt to return calls/texts, even responding to texts well outside normal business hours. He took the time to show me what some problems were on the heater, and how I could take care of them myself. He is fair in his pricing. Nothing worse than having your air conditioner stop working in July! One call to MR Heat and Air and my problems were soon over. Mark came promptly, knew what he was doing, did a quick assessment, left to get a part, returned promptly, and had me up and running in just a couple of hours. Mark had one of the best prices. When he came out to give me a quote he just seemed the most knowledgeable person that gave me an estimate. Plus, once they were finished, everything was cleaned and no trash or debris was left behind.
