Mark has been prompt to return calls/texts, even responding to texts well outside normal business hours. The motor went out in my heater unit in the attic a day before the snow storm. I called and within an hour they showed up and figured out the problem. They found a motor in Hot Springs they delivered and had it all fixed in the same day. Great company and fantastic service.
